There also still remains unfinished business and we expect the bills that did not pass in 2022 to be priorities in the 2023 session.   • Farmworker Overtime HB 4002 - PASSED

  • Race and Ethnicity Data Collection SB 1569 - did not pass

  • Individual Development Accounts - did not pass

Strengthening Democracy

  • Restoration of Voting Rights HB 4147 - did not pass

  • Legislative Pay Equity SB 1566 - did not pass

Community Safety
